Blackbook, a product of Dobry Consulting, LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date for any reason.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us and we will help you through Paddle. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Subscription renewals and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew. If a renewal charge is made in error or you no longer wish to continue after a renewal, contact us within 30 days of the renewal date and we will work with Paddle to process a refund on a case-by-case basis.
